We are very excited that the SWIFT PCN COVID vaccination site will go live in the Knowle West Health Living Centre from Friday 15th January 2021

We know patients are very keen to get their jab but please wait until you are invited to book an appointment by your practice

Please do not phone your practice or come to the Healthy Living Centre as this will delay our booking process – we will be working very hard to get all our patients aged 80 or over jabbed next week!

Thank you to all the SWIFT practices, the Healthy Living Centre , the CSU IT department and NHS property services who have all worked so well together to get the site up and running in such a short time.

Either drop your repeat slip into the box on the wall as you come into the surgery or ask at reception. 

We do not accept medication requests over the telephone.

Please leave three working days before coming to collect your prescription from the surgery.

You can order repeat medication using your mobile phone or tablet.  To do this you need to visit the surgery so they can print you a log in code and password.  Please bring proof of identification with you.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
