We do not accept medication requests over the telephone.
Please leave three working days before coming to collect your prescription from the surgery.
You can order repeat medication using your mobile phone or tablet. To do this you need to visit the surgery so they can print you a log in code and password. Please bring proof of identification with you.
If you are already registered for online services please click here.
*only applies to pharmacies with a daily collection from the surgery
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

You can find out more from your community pharmacist. If you think this system may be more convenient that the traditional “Repeat” system, please call our reception team to arrange a telephone conversation to discuss whether this can be set up for you. We already have many patients on this system but we believe there are more patients who could benefit from it.
