Our Health and Wellbeing Coach offers in-house, non-clinical support to help you to create lasting change to improve your health and Wellbeing.

 Health and Wellbeing Coaching offers you One-to-one support to set aims, breaking them down into a series of smaller goals to allowing you to become more actively engaged with improving your health & wellbeing and becoming more aware of your strengths, resources and local networks.

 It is a safe space to explore your goals & choose actions to address them.

 

Health coaching is not about giving advice on how to improve your health

People have often already received advice on how to make healthy changes in their life. They already know what changes to make, but circumstances make these changes difficult to start or keep up. That is where health coaching comes in. It helps to increase motivation, introduce healthy behaviors, and develop ways of living a healthier life in a way that works for you.

People may want to lower their weight due to health concerns or simply to feel more comfortable in their body. We work with people to find what changes in lifestyle are realistic and long lasting.

Lifestyle can have a dramatic impact on pre-existing health conditions. Clients who have received health advice for a condition but struggle to apply this into their life may benefit from health coaching.
