The Nursing Team and Healthcare Assistants

Our nurses provide a number of important services including dressings and wound care, immunisations, chronic disease clinics and run our popular leg club. Our HCAs support the wider team in carrying out these tasks.

Secretarial and Administration Team

Our team of secretarial and clerical staff provide administrative support for the practice, releasing reception and clinical staff to devote their time to patients.

The Pharmacist and The Medicines Management Team

The surgery has a practice pharmacist and pharmacy technicians. They deal with repeat prescription requests and medication queries. The pharmacists also run clinics for patients with long-term conditions. The pharmacist role is to support GPs in ensuring patients are taking the most appropriate medication and to ensure patients attend for regular reviews of their long term conditions.

The Reception Team

Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists will direct you to the most suitable healthcare professional.

Trainee Doctors and Medical Students
