Want to make a complaint?
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please complete the complaint form (link below) and hand it in to reception and the practice manager will deal with your concerns appropriately.
Alternatively you may collect a form from the surgery if you do not have access to a printer.
We adhere to the Duty of Candour by pro-actively contacting patients who have provided feedback or made a complaint, making them aware that we are conducting further investigations into their experience.
After 1 July 2023, if you feel that the practice is unable to resolve your issues, you should complain directly Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) instead of NHS England.
